The first photo has been released of Sarah Paulson as Linda Tripp in “Impeachment: American Crime Story,” the upcoming third season of the anthology drama series.
Based on Jeffrey Toobin’s book “A Vast Conspiracy,” the series will unravel the sex scandal surrounding U.S. President Bill Clinton that swept up Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, and Linda Tripp as principal characters in the country’s first impeachment proceedings in over a century.
Written and executive produced by Sarah Burgess, the limited series also stars Betty Gilpin as Ann Coulter, Beanie Feldstein (“Booksmart”) as Monica Lewinsky and Clive Owen as former President Bill Clinton.
Lewinsky will serve as one of the producers of the series which will be executive produced by Paulson, Ryan Murphy, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Brad Falchuk, Larry Karaszewski, Scott Alexander, Feldstein, Alexis Martin Woodall, Henrietta Conrad, and Jemima Khan.
