The CW network has announced the premiere dates for eleven returning series and three new ones, launching what normally would have been its Fall line-up in January and February next year.
The series are launching when they are ready due to staggered production start dates and differing lengths of post-production – basically reality and more straightforward dramas go first with VFX heavier series coming later.
New series include Canadian import “Trickster,” the Jared Padalecki-led “Walker,” and the Tyler Hoechlin-led “Superman and Lois” join the line-up. The schedule is as follows:
Friday January 8th: “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” and “Penn & Teller: Fool Us”
Tuesday January 12th: “Two Sentence Horror Stories” and “Trickster”
Sunday January 17th: “Batwoman”
Monday January 18th: “All American”
Wednesday January 20th: “Riverdale” and “Nancy Drew”
Thursday January 21st: “Walker” and “Legacies”
Sunday January 24th: “Charmed”
Monday February 8th: “Black Lightning”
Tuesday February 23rd: “Superman & Lois” and “The Flash”
Still to be announced are dates for “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow,” “Stargirl” and “Supergirl”
