The Disney+ streaming service has retooled its official YouTube account with plans for new ongoing content including a weekly talk show, a series offering behind-the-scenes stories, and most interestingly the first wave of what’re being dubbed ‘Unofficial Official Trailers’.
Specifically these are new trailers, cut with a modern sensibility and style, for Disney library catalogue of classics including the likes of “The Black Hole,” which gets the best of the new trailers, along with “The Love Bug,” “The Shaggy D.A.,” “Escape to Witch Mountain,” “The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes,” “Gus,” “The Cat from Outer Space” and the “X-Men” animated series from the 1990s.
With the vast array of titles on the Disney+ service, it’s expected plenty more films from their classic library will get the same treatment in coming days and weeks. Check out the first batch below:
