A recent study undertaken by Bingo Sites has found that Daniel Craig is the most shirtless actor in movies, the James Bond franchise star racking up 1,278 seconds of screen time baring his torso to the world.
That puts him above more obvious contenders like Sylvester Stallone (1,117 seconds) and Matthew McConaughey (1,026 seconds), while Jake Gyllenhaal (913) and Michael Fassbender (853) rounded out the Top Five.
Filling out the rest of the top ten were Christian Bale (833), Charlie Hunnam (799), Colin Farrell (730), Leonardo DiCaprio (724) and Zac Efron (694 seconds). The likes of Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson Brad Pitt, Mark Ruffalo, Jude Law, Keanu Reeves, Idris Elba and Joseph Gordon-Levitt also made the Top 20.
Things change up when the % of films in which an actor is shirtless is taken into account with Efron racing to number one with 50% of his films including him getting his top off. Jason Momoa came in second (38.5%) followed by a tie between Henry Cavill and Hayden Christensen for third (both 29.4%). Andy Samberg and Chris Hemsworth also made the Top 10.
The study also went into nude scenes with Ewan McGregor, Antonio Banderas, Mark Ruffalo, Sylvester Stallone and Colin Farrell the ones getting their full kit off the most. Amongst actresses it was Eva Green, Helen Mirren, Angelina Jolie, Juno Temple and Nicole Kidman leading the charge.
