Netflix’s “Selena” Series Set For December

Netflix’s “Selena: The Series,” a biographical drama series about Tejano music legend Selena Quintanilla, has set a December 4th premiere date and released its first trailer which you can see below.

The coming-of-age story follows Selena (Christian Serratos) as her dreams come true and all the heart-wrenching and life-changing choices she and her family have to make as they navigate success, family, and music.

Julio Macias, Jesse Posey, Hunter Reese Pena, and Carlos Alfredo, Jr. are set as series regulars while Juan Martinez, Daniela Estrada and Paul Rodriguez, Jr. recur. Moisses Zamora is the series’ creator, writer and executive producer while Jaime Davila, Rico Martinez, Suzette Quintanilla and Simran A. Singh executive produce.
