Singer Madonna has revealed that she is working on a screenplay with Oscar-winning “Juno” and “Jennifer’s Body” writer Diablo Cody.
Madge announced the news in a short video posted to her Instagram on Friday with the caption: “when you’re stuck in a house with multiple injuries what do you do? Write a screenplay with Diablo Cody about…?”
She followed the statement with emojis indicating a musical or music-themed project. The video meanwhile shows Madonna and Cody working together and references to Madonna’s Jean Paul Gaultier cone-bra costume from 1990 – quickly leading to theories this might be a biopic of Madonna’s career.
Cody most recently penned the Charlize Theron-led “Tully”.
