We had a first trailer the other week heralding its return, but by the show’s standards it was relatively tame without a giant megalomaniacal cockroach French kissing a vengeful rat in sight.
Not so the new trailer for the second season of acclaimed DC Comics adaptation “Doom Patrol” which promises the full arrival of everything wacky, wonderful and twisted with the new season which sees Brendan Fraser, Matt Boomer, Timothy Dalton, Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby and Joivan Wade return.
The new trailer shows off villains The Candlemaker, Red Jack, Doctor Tyme and the SeX-Men – a government-sponsored team specialising in supernatural sexual situations.
The first season aired on DC Universe and has since made the jump to HBO Max. The second will now premiere on both services simultaneously starting with three new episodes on June 25th.
