Ruby Rose Cryptically Talks “Batwoman” Exit

It has been just over a week since actress Ruby Rose and the producers of “Batwoman” jointly announced Rose’s sudden and unexpected departure from the lead role in The CW’s DC drama series.

Rose was reportedly not happy during the filming of the first season, and it has been said her behavior made everyone miserable to the point no-one could see this going for another season.

Now, Rose has addressed her exit on social media for the first time with an Instagram post of a fan video. While in part repeating her official exit statement from last week, she added some additional words that have raised some eyebrows:

“Thank you everyone for coming on this journey. If I mentioned everyone it would be 1000 tags but thank you to the cast, crew, producers and studio. It wasn’t an easy decision but those who know, know…

I didn’t want to not acknowledge everyone involved and how big this was for TV and for our community. I have stayed silent because that’s my choice for now but know I adore you all. I’m sure next season will be amazing also. Xxx *hangs up cowl and cape.”

The title character of the new series is expected to be recast.
