Beauty and the Beast Prequel Series
Alan Menken has confirmed he will be returning to craft music for the upcoming Disney+ “Beauty and the Beast” prequel series centering on Gaston and LeFou. The series will be a six-episode limited series musical event and is currently in early development with no other stars currently attached than Luke Evans and Josh Gad.

Reno 911
Quibi has set a May 4th premiere date for the upcoming “Reno 911!” revival series. The classic mockumentary comedy will feature the return of the original cast led by Robert Ben Garant, Thomas Lennon, Kerry Kenney-Silver, Niecy Nash, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Cedric Yarbrough, Carlos Alazraqui, Ian Roberts, Joe LoTruglio, and Mary Birdsong. Superman and Lois
“Graceland” actor Erik Valdez is set as a series regular opposite Emmanuelle Chriqui, Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch in The CW’s straight-to-series drama “Superman & Lois” about the iconic DC couple. Valdez will play Kyle Cushing, Smallville’s fire chief and the husband of Lana Lang (Chriqui) in the series which Todd Helbing, Greg Berlanti and Warner Bros. TV produce. [Source: Deadline]

American Dad
Ahead of its return on Monday, TBS has released the official trailer for the new episodes of Seth MacFarlane’s long-running animated sitcom “American Dad!”. The series is set to air from April 13th with the sixteenth season’s all new episodes that will feature an original song by Grammy Award winner The Weeknd who also co-wrote the episode he will be guest starring in.

Dead to Me
Netflix has debuted the first teaser for the second season of its acclaimed dark comedy series “Dead to Me” starring Christina Applegate, Linda Cardellini, James Marsden, Ed Asner, and Brandon Scott. The series will premiere on the streaming service on May 8th.
