Apple Puts Select Original Series Up For Free

Apple has announced that it is making a number of its original Apple TV+ television series, kids shows and one documentary feature available for free as millions of families are remain stuck indoors due to coronavirus-induced prevention measures.

The list includes series “Servant,” “For All Mankind,” “Dickinson” and “Little America” along with the film “The Elephant Queen” and the kids shows “Snoopy in Space,” “Helpsters,” and “Ghostwriter”. It does not include their two most high-profile launch shows “The Morning Show” and “See”.

Those in the U.S. can watch these Apple TV Plus originals for free starting Thursday evening, while users across 100 countries and regions will have access to them starting Friday through the Apple TV app

This follows on from HBO last week announcing that it was making about 500 hours of premium content available for free, minus ads, though only to American viewers.
