The other week came the fascinating rumor that some of the VFX artists on Tom Hooper’s film adaptation of “Cats” had the job of removing approximately 400 shots of computer-generated anuses from the film before it hit cinemas.
Later it was revealed that while there never were shots of cats with buttholes by design, there were a bunch of shots where the skin and fur simulation was groomed or folded in a way that “really REALLY looked like very furry lady genitals and buttholes by accident.” So, the VFX crew had to paint out the offending articles where it was spotted.
Now, the XVP Comedy channel has posted a two-minute fan-made trailer for the film, or more specifically for “Cats: The Butthole Cut” and have inserted some quality title graphics and editing mixed with some less convincing but still disturbing CG buttholes onto scenes from the film. Once seen, this cannot be unseen.
