It ain’t just Tom Hanks anymore.
Idris Elba has become the latest celebrity to test positive for the coronavirus, the “Luther” and “Pacific Rim” star making the announcement just minutes ago on Twitter.
Elba says he presently has no symptoms but got tested on Friday after finding out he was in proximity to someone who had tested positive for the virus. He’s been in self-isolation since then.
Elba’s diagnosis follows on from former Bond girl Olga Kurylenko who posed on Instagram that she’s been ill for almost a week now with the virus, fever and fatigue being her main symptoms.
The pair join Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson among the actors who’ve been confirmed to have tested positive for the virus.
