Still more production shutdowns are taking place in the TV sector as NBC’s “The Blacklist,” AMC’s “The Walking Dead” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” HBO’s “Euphoria” and “The Righteous Gemstones,” Netflix’s “Midnight Mass,” and Amazon’s “The Wheel of Time” have all been put on hiatus.
“The Walking Dead” was in pre-production on its eleventh season with the shoot now pushed back 3-4 weeks. “Fear the Walking Dead” was in production but has been put on hold until April 13th. “The Wheel of Time” has no air date as yet so a delay will have little impact.
Also getting impacted are panel & comedy shows like HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” and “Last Week Tonight with John Oliver,” and TBS’ “Full Frontal with Samantha Bee”. All are going dark after this weekend for at least two weeks.
