Nepal-born Australian actress Dichen Lachman (“Altered Carbon,” “Animal Kingdom,” “Dollhouse”) has joined the third “Jurassic World” feature at Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment.
Lachman is expected to play a villain though character specifics are under wraps. Colin Trevorrow helms the new film which stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Mamoudou Athie, DeWanda Wise, Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum.
Trevorrow has been prepping the film and recently posted a photo of an adorable baby triceratops puppet to be used in the film’s production. The third “Jurassic World” opens June 11th 2021.
