“Continuum,” “Travelers,” “Smallville” and “Colony” alum Stephen Lobo has joined the cast of The CW’s massive “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event.
Lobo will play Detective Jim Corrigan, who acts as host to a powerful cosmic entity known as the Spectre who plays a pivotal role in the story.
In the comics, Spectre convinced the surviving heroes and villains of the DC universe to work together in an attempt to stop the Anti-Monitor from destroying the multiverse. Ultimately he was powerful enough to fight the Anti-Monitor.
Lobo is a staple of sci-fi television, guest-starring on countless shows. He is set to appear in a regular role on TNT’s upcoming “Snowpiercer” TV series. “Crisis on Infinite Earths” begins Sunday, December 8th.
