Brian Tyree Henry Joins “Quiet Place 2”

Brian Tyree Henry is in negotiations to join Emily Blunt in John Krasinski’s “A Quiet Place 2,” the “Atlanta” and “Widows” actor joining a growing cast that includes Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe.

Krasinski is also writing the script for the follow-up to the 2018 critical and box-office smash hit about a family that has to live in complete silence otherwise creatures will hunt them.

Even the most normal tasks become daunting: eating dinner with the family, playing board games or going fishing makes the characters fear for their lives.

Plot details for the follow-up are being kept under wraps. Henry will next be seen in “Child’s Play,” “Joker,” “The Woman in the Window,” “Super Intelligence” and “Godzilla vs. Kong”.
