007 Competition Show Casting For Season 2

Eon, Amazon Studios, 72 Films, MGM Alternative

Despite the first season of Prime Video’s James Bond competition reality TV series “007’s Road to a Million” having not yet aired, casting is already underway for a second season.

Producers are reportedly looking for “more dynamic duos to jet set across the globe using their wits and general knowledge to answer questions hidden around the world”.

Brian Cox hosts the series, which boasts a $1.2 million cash prize and sees two-person teams visiting 007-inspired destinations like the Scottish Highlands, Venice and Jamaica.

In addition to passing physical obstacles, the contestants must correctly answer questions hidden in different locations around the world in order to advance to the next challenge.

The project marks the first-ever unscripted TV series based on the property, with Eon, Amazon Studios, 72 Films and MGM Alternative all producing.

A casting call says: “You don’t have to be a Bond fan to apply but we are looking for teams of two that are very close in their relationship and who would enjoy an adventure.”

Filming is “due to take place throughout 2024” on a second season whilst the inaugural run will air later this year.
