As filming continues on Andy Muschietti’s “IT: Chapter Two” in Toronto, the first batch of set videos are out and showcase not only the grown-up Losers Club actors returning to their hometown of Derry, but also a separate scene with returning young actors Sophia Lillis and Jaeden Lieberher reprising their roles of Beverly and Bill from the first film.
The new film, which adapts the other half of Stephen King’s novel, follows the adult versions of the kids from the first movie as they return to the Maine town nearly thirty years later when Pennywise the Clown has begun killing again. The film will also include flashbacks that inform on the present day story allowing the child actors from the first film to appear.
Bill Skarsgard, James McAvoy, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Jay Ryan and James Ransone lead the cast of the film which will hit cinemas on September 6th 2019.
