Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” film is looking to open to a $325-355 million opening weekend worldwide as a day-and-date global launch that includes China should see it earn a massive chunk of coin no matter what the reviews.
At present the film is on target for a $110-120 million opening domestically and a further $215-235 million overseas. Expect things on the upper side of estimates as well with the openings of “Thor: Ragnarok,” “Daddy’s Home 2” and “Murder on the Orient Express” all beating expectation.
Advance ticket sales for “Justice League” at this point in time are outpacing “Wonder Woman,” while reviews have hit with decidedly mixed reaction – some outright slamming the film while others enjoyed it. The Rotten Tomatoes score remains under wraps for now.
