“Yesterday” leading man Himesh Patel has joined the cast of Christopher Nolan’s new film “Tenet” which is currently in production.
Patel nabbed one of the last roles in the film alongside John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki, Robert Pattinson, Clémence Poésy, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Kenneth Branagh.
Filmed on location across seven countries, the action epic evolved from the world of international espionage but story specifics are under wraps.
An early teaser aired in cinemas ahead of IMAX screenings of “Hobbs & Shaw” almost a year in advance of release, but said clip has not been released online aside from pirated cam versions.
Nolan is directing from his own original screenplay and will use a mix of IMAX and 70mm film. The movie opens next July.
