While attendees at Comic Con in July were the first to see footage, it looks like the rest of us will finally get to see Bryan Singer’s “X-Men: Apocalypse” in action shortly.
Heroic Hollywood reports that the first trailer for the film will be attached to prints of “The Martian” which opens October 2nd.
The site also speculates that the trailer will debut online before it hits theaters. Production on the superhero sequel wrapped in Montreal last month.
The report comes as photos that dropped on Twitter this week from what appears to be a post-production VFX house. Said shots seemingly reveal Apocalypse’s look in the final footage – a shot which promises less of the ‘Ivan Ooze’ style appearance in the still photos thus far and something more akin to the comics.
