Olivia Wilde is set to replace Jennifer Garner in the dark comedy “Better Living Through Chemistry” at Occupant Films says The Press Association.
Garner was forced to drop out due to her recent pregnancy, the move coming shortly after Jeremy Renner left the lead role and was replaced by Sam Rockwell.
The story centers around a pharmacist (Rockwell) stuck in a dead-end marriage, who starts an affair with a trophy wife (Wilde). When the pharmacist introduces his new lover to prescription drugs, things spiral out of control as they hatch a plot to kill her husband.
Michelle Monaghan will portray the pharmacist’s wife, Judi Dench will is the narrator. Geoff Moore and David Posamentier will direct from their own screenplay, shooting kicks off this Fall in Maryland.
