When Do My TV Shows Begin Again?

With the exception of last week’s early out of the gate “Prison Break” on Fox, tonight is officially the beginning of the new television season with “The O.C.” the first of the wave of major network television series coming back on the air over the next month. Without a Trace (CBS)

Wednesday, October 5th: One Tree Hill (WB)

As for my picks for watching:

“Lost”, “Desperate Housewives”, “Alias”, “Boston Legal”, “Family Guy”, “Veronica Mars” and “Arrested Development” are all must-see shows – as is HBO’s superb new series “Rome” which is better than any of the new network shows scheduled this Fall by far (now if only the bastards had greenlit another season of “Carnivale” life would’ve been perfect).

“The Simpsons”, “Smallville”, “The OC”, “House”, “CSI”, “CSI: Miami”, “Will & Grace”, “One Tree Hill”, “Without a Trace” and “Nip/Tuck” are enjoyable diversions as well for those with the time.
