Over a decade on since the Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn R-rated comedy “Wedding Crashers” hit cinemas, talk of a sequel has popped up every now and again with little actual movement on one.
Maybe something is going on now though as the film’s original co-star Isla Fisher, who appears in this month’s release “Nocturnal Animals,” appeared on The Today Show this week and says that Vince Vaughn told her a sequel was in development:
“There’s some talk of it… I bumped into Vince Vaughn at a party and he said that apparently we’re going to be making a sequel. So I’m really excited to see what’s happened to Gloria.”
The first film garnered a whopping $285 million worldwide from a budget of $40 million.
