Warners Learns Some “Beginner’s Greek”

Film rights to James Collins’ 2008 novel “Beginner’s Greek” have been picked up by Warner Bros. Pictures says Variety.

The story centers on an investment banker who meets his soul mate on a plane, loses her phone number and discovers later that his best friend has married the woman.

Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber (“500 Days of Summer”) will pen the adaptation while Chuck Weinstock and Donald De Line will produce.
