Wahlberg Likes Bears Who Talk Dirty

Mark Wahlberg is in talks to play the lead role in Seth MacFarlane’s R-rated comedy “Ted” for Universal Pictures and Media Rights Capital reports Pajiba.

A mix of live-action with computer animation, the $65 million feature revolves around a man (Wahlberg) whose childhood teddy bear comes to life and gets in the way of a relationship with his girlfriend. MacFarlane, who co-wrote the script with Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild, will provide the voice of the titular CG-animated Ted.

Other characters include a racist homosexual, a “Jewish-looking” person with anti-Semitic views, and a woman obsessed with male ass crack shaving.
