Up in the Air Delayed Three Weeks

Paramount has pushed back the George Clooney awards contender “Up in the Air” three weeks to a December 4th release date says The Hollywood Reporter.

The move comes to avoid confusion with another Clooney feature, rival studio Overture’s black comedy “The Men Who Stare At Goats”. ‘Air’ was originally slated for a December release before being moved up to November, this returns it to its original slot.

As it stands ‘Air’ has both more commercial and awards prospects, with festival screenings solidifying ‘Air’ as one of the most likely Oscar contender at present.
