Tyga, Wallace Join Rebooted “Scream” Series

Tyga and C.J. Wallace have scored series regular roles on the upcoming third season of MTV’s “Scream” series which is getting a bit of a reboot.

The six-hour third season, which will premiere as a three-night event in Marcy, will be shot in Atlanta with an entirely new cast, series location and premise that revolves around local star running back Deion Elliot.

Deion’s tragic past comes back to haunt him at the worst time, threatening his hard-earned plans for his future — and the lives of his unlikely group of friends.

Tyga is set to play the role of Jamal, Deion’s older step-brother. Wallace plays Amir, a good kid with strict parents who becomes the unexpected target of a killer.

Queen Latifah, Shakim Conpere, Brett Matthews, Tony DiSanto, Liz Gateley, Marianne Maddalena, Cathy Konrad, Harvey and Bob Weinstein, Yaneley Arty and the late Wes Craven will executive produce.
