    1. "Declaration of Independence"
    In the fourth season of Felicity, the wide-eyed college freshmen introduced to viewers three years ago are now facing down their senior year of college and the looming threat of real life.

    Wedding bells ring when Felicity is asked to perform the nuptial ceremony for two of her closest friends. Completely wracked with guilt over what happened between her and Noel and confused about the status of her relationship with Ben, Felicity doubts that she is the right person to speak about the importance of love and commitment.

    3. "Your Money or Your Wife"
    After a crazy first few weeks at school for Felicity, romance becomes the least of her worries when financial aid won't cover her tuition by a long shot. Meanwhile, Sean stresses that his folks (guest stars Alan Blumenfeld, Brooklyn Bridge & Anne DeSalvo) will embarrass him when they meet Meghan's rarefied parents (guest stars Paul Vincent O'Connor & Nancy Lenehan), and his worst fears may come true.

    Felicity's entire future boils down to how she looks in a bathing suit when, under Javier's (Ian Gomez) adept coaching, she squares off against beauty pageant hopefuls (guest star R&B singer Monica, "The Boy is Mine") in hopes of winning the prize money to help pay for college. While muddling through a week of outlandish costumes, atrocious hairdos, ridiculous dance numbers and devilish competitors, Felicity's worst nightmare may come true when she believes she is pregnant

    5. "Boooz"
    To try to forget their romantic blues, Javier (Ian Gomez) drags Noel to Atlantic City to see Lionel Richie (guest-starring as himself) only to find the concert sold out, but an unexpected men's room encounter with the music legend makes Javier's lifetime. Meanwhile, Ben and his lab partner Trevor (guest star Christopher Gorham, Popular) go on a drinking binge after being kicked out of their chemistry class.

    6. "Oops...Noel Did it Again"
    Felicity spends her 21st birthday alone when Ben must deal with his father's (guest star John Ritter) failing health and his dad's friend and AA sponsor, Lauren (guest star Lisa Edelstein, Ally McBeal). Suspecting that there is more to Ben and Lauren's relationship, Noel confronts Ben in a fight that turns ugly when Noel drops the bomb that he and Felicity slept together.

    Felicity is devastated by Ben's pained silence after Noel dropped the bomb that he and Felicity slept together. Noel, meanwhile, feels completely isolated from all his friends and may jeopardize his new job with more self-destructive behavior.

    Felicity hosts Thanksgiving dinner and the gang is stunned when Ben shows up at the last minute with a date, Lauren (guest star Lisa Edelstein, Ally McBeal). Meanwhile, Noel's self-destructive behavior spirals out of control when he blows off spending the holiday with his brother and ends up in handcuffs.

    9. "Moving On"
    In the aftermath of Felicity and Ben's ugly fight at Thanksgiving, Javier (Ian Gomez) tries his hand at playing Cupid, unwittingly putting Felicity smack in the middle of Ben's first date with Lauren. Meanwhile, Noel discovers an unexpected ally in Meghan after he sees a psychiatrist who diagnoses him with depression and recommends therapy and medication.

    10. "Fire"
    Noel makes the painful decision that Felicity is a hindrence to getting his life back on track, but he ends up risking his life to save her when she is trapped by flames engufing the art studio.

    11. "A Perfect Match"
    Heading back home for Winter Break, Felicity is delayed at the airport by a snowstorm, giving Ben a chance to maybe catch her at the last minute to try and make things right. Meanwhile, Javier tries videodating and Noel and Sean become business partners.

    12. "Future Shock"
    Ben reels when Lauren drops the bomb that is she is pregnant from their one night together four months ago. Felicity tries to take the news in stride, all the while stressing about her own future barreling towards her as an artist in the face of disinterested gallery owners.

    13. "Kiss & Tell"
    While Ben struggles with whether or not he will be a part of his child's life, Felicity is rocked by the whole development and soon finds herself spending a lot of time with a cute architecture student. Meanwhile, Sean and Meghan put their marriage on the line by inviting "dates" to a keg party

    14. "Raising In Arizona"
    Just as Ben decides that he has to be a part of his baby's life, Lauren drops the bomb that she is moving to Arizona. Lashing out at Felicity and blaming the whole situation on her cheating with Noel last fall, Ben ends their relationship and makes plans to move out west with Lauren.

    15. "The Paper Chase"
    Felicity can feel Ben drifting away from her as he studies the ultrasound of his and Lauren's baby, so she finds herself unable to concentrate and tempted to plagiarize an important art history paper. Meanwhile, Noel fears the wrath as he dates the boss's daughter at work, but his bigger problem is that the man in charge wants to fire Sean.

    16. "Ben Don't Leave"
    While Ben spends time with Lauren (guest star Lisa Edelstein) and contemplates moving to Arizona to be closer to their baby, Felicity panics about getting caught cheating on a paper and considers turning herself in to her professor.

    17. "The Graduate"
    Pomp and circumstance for the graduating UNY Class of 2002 bring a crossroads for Felicity: become engaged to Ben and move to Arizona so he can be near his son or stay in New York to pursue her own dreams. Ultimately, she faces the fact that she has spent the last four years following him, and now it's his turn... or time to say goodbye.

    18. "Time Will Tell"
    A year has passed since Felicity graduated from college, and she catches Ben, whom she's supposedly engaged to, with another woman. Faced with this sad development on the eve of Noel's wedding, Felicity realizes she made a huge mistake - it was Noel she should have been with all along... and she gets that chance when Meghan's spell catapults her back in time to the very night senior year that she and Noel slept together.

    19. "The Power of the Ex"
    Felicity is still back in the past trying to find love with Noel, but all goes awry when they run into his ex-girlfriend Hanna who makes a play for reconciliation. Meanwhile, Felicity's trip back in time has reshuffled the deck for others, too, and Sean breaks up with Meghan for a chance with his old crush Julie.

    20. "Spin the Bottle"
    Felicity's trip back in time is having a ripple effect on everyone, and her new relationship with Noel inspires Sean to break up with Meghan and revisit his old crush, Julie. Unfortunately, Julie has eyes for Ben, who is still pining for Felicity, and the sexual tension results in a twisted game of "Spin the Bottle".

    21. "Felicity Interrupted & Back to the Future"
    2hr Series Finale. Felicity's plan to return to senior year and give love a chance with Noel backfires when she reveals that she came from the future and he thinks she's lost her grip on reality. Then, one of her closest friends is tragically killed and Felicity is desperate to undo the spell and reverse their fate. .
