Prime Suspect
The cast and crew of NBC’s cop drama “Prime Suspect” have been notified that the production will wrap this month and sources on the set have been told it has been canceled (officially NBC say they’re still “considering their options”).

The American remake of the British series is currently finishing up production of Episode 12. That episode and the next will be shot completing the 13-episode order, then production will shut down for the holiday and the season. [Source: Deadline]

True Blood
Italian actress Valentina Cervi (BBC’s “Zen”) is joining the upcoming fifth season of “True Blood” as a series regular.

Cervi will play Salome, an ancient vampire who is a fiercely intelligent world class seductress but is a wee bit mad and capable of immense power. [Source: TV Line]

Game of Thrones
UK actor Edward Dogliani is set to play the role of the wildling raider Lord of Bones, also known as Rattleshirt, in the second season of HBO’s “Game of Thrones”.

The character, who wears a suit of armor made of bones, will go head to head with Jon Snow in the show. [Source: The Live Feed]
