The first photo has been released for the currently in production eight-episode series “Deep State” which has just shifted filming to London. The series is set across the UK, the U.S., Iran, Lebanon and France.

Mark Strong, Alistair Petrie, Anastasia Griffith, Fares Fares, Joe Dempsie and Pip Torrens star in the series which centers on the merciless reality of the spy world. Strong plays an ex-spy brought back into the game to avenge the death of his son. [Source: Deadline]

Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders
NBC has released the first promo for “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders,” the upcoming event series about the two brothers who were tried on national TV for brutally killing their parents in Beverly Hills. The series premieres September 26th.

This Is Us
Sylvester Stallone is set to guest star in the second season of NBC’s popular family drama “This Is Us”. Stallone is only currently booked for one episode, but is a major part in that episode.

Stallone plays a mentor figure on a war period film that Justin Hartley’s character is starring in. He reveals details about Jack and his relationship with his own father. [Source: Variety]

Anne with an E
Netflix has handed out a second season order for “Anne With an E,” the CBC’s recent adaptation of “Anne of Green Gables,” which will return to the streamer in 2018.

Amybeth McNulty, Geraldine James, R.H. Thomson and Lucas Jade Zumann are all set to return. The second season will also have an all-female writers room led by “Breaking Bad” scribe Moira Walley-Beckett. [Source: Netflix]

American Horror Story: Cult
FX has updated its viral site for “American Horror Story: Cult” with photos revealing five of the characters from the upcoming new season which returns September 5th.

Billy Eichner as Harrison Wilton, Alison Pill as Ivy Mayfair-Richards, Billie Lourd as Winter Anderson, Cheyenne Jackson as Dr. Rudy Vincent, and Colton Haynes as Detective Samuels. Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, and Adina Porter also star.
