Sleepy Hollow
Some new photos from the upcoming second season of FOX’s “Sleepy Hollow” are up at TV Line. The shots confirm Ichabod makes it out of his coffin and finds Abbie as the pair set out to protect their not-so-sleepy town.

HBO has opted not to move forward with “The Normal Heart” and “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy’s sexuality drama “Open”. HBO reportedly wanted to re-develop the drama but ultimately Murphy opted against reconceiving the pilot.

The story was described as a multicharacter exploration of the complex, ever-evolving landscape of sexuality, monogamy and intimacy in relationships. Anna Torv, Scott Speedman, Michelle Monaghan and Wes Bentley starred in the pilot. [Source: The Live Feed]

White Collar
USA Network has moved up the six-episode, sixth and final season of “White Collar” which was originally slated to air next year. Instead, the network plans to premiere the new season on November 6th this year. The six episodes are currently in post-production and have “been very well received by USA brass.” [Source: Deadline]

Murder in the First
TNT has renewed its cop drama “Murder in the First” for a ten-episode, second season. Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson star as San Francisco homicide detectives in the show which drew 3.4 million total viewers in its August 11th season finale. [Source: TV Line]

SEASON 9 FINALE SPOILERS AHEAD. The first trailer is out for the tenth season of The CW’s “Supernatural” which explores how Dean Wincher’s turning into a demon has an impact on the storylines for the season.

As Sam searches for his brother, Dean basically becomes Crowley’s enforcer, taking out the other trouble making demons. At the same time Dean is still very much Dean. “Supernatural” returns Tuesday, October 7th.
