Hulu has officially revived former FOX comedy “The Mindy Project” for a super-sized fourth season of twenty-six episodes. The order is the comedy’s highest episode count yet and brings the series within numbers required for syndication. A premiere date has not yet been announced.
The news comes a week after the beloved but low-rated comedy starring Mindy Kaling was cancelled at Fox but talks were underway with the streaming service for a potential revival. [Source: The Live Feed]

Portia de Rossi has been promoted to a series regular on the ABC political soap “Scandal” after joining this year for a story arc.

AMC has announced a June 28th premiere date for eight-part drama series “Humans” from Channel 4 and Kudos. The series will be paired with “Halt and Catch Fire” for the final four weeks of that show’s second season run.
