Two and a Half Men
CBS has released the first promo photo teasing the upcoming Ashton Kutcher-led relaunch of their sitcom “Two and a Half Men”.

This artwork appears on a billboard outside of Warner Bros. studios in Los Angeles and hints at the show’s season premiere on September 19th.

Game of Thrones
Stephen Dillane and Carice van Houten have joined the cast of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” which began production on its second season this week.

Dillane has been cast as Stannis Baratheon, the brother of King Robert (Mark Addy) and rightful heir to the throne. He was referred to in the first season but never appeared on screen.

van Houten has been cast as Melisandre, an intimidating woman who councils Stannis in his quest. The character is described as having the ability to see visions of the future in fire. [Source: The Live Feed]

Torchwood: Miracle Day
The BBC has confirmed that both explicit gay and straight sex scenes along with an act of violence are being cut from the UK broadcast of the third episode airing this Friday in the U.S. and next Thursday in Britain.

The scene was reportedly believed to be too graphic to be allowed to air on BBC One despite the show airing after the 9pm watershed. As previously reported both the U.S. and U.K. versions feature different edits – the U.S. being more raunchy, but the U.K. being slightly longer.

The full uncut versions with everything in them will probably not be available until the disc release in early 2012. [Source: Airlock Alpha]
