TV News: Luther, Killing, Dome, Fringe

It looks like Ruth Wilson’s Alice character is back. A publicity shot from the hit BBC drama’s third season hints that the character will reappear in the new episodes which began production late last year. [Source: Digital Spy]

The Killing
AMC and Fox Television Studios have officially announced a new deal that will see “The Killing” return to AMC for a third season. Actors Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman, along with show runner Veena Sud, are all returning.

Season Three will focus on a new case, which will be resolved over the course of twelve episodes. Shooting begins February 25th in Vancouver. [Source: AMC]

Under the Dome
Colin Ford (“We Bought a Zoo”) is the first cast member to sign on for Stephen King’s TV adaptation “Under the Dome” on CBS.

The story tells of a small town in Maine which is cut off from the rest of the world by an invisible dome. With air, food and patience dwindling, societal norms begin to break down. [Source: Deadline]
