Characters slated to be included are Nightwing, Barbara Gordon, Raven, Starfire, Hawk and Dove. Formal announcements about the project are slated to take place at the TNT upfronts on May 13th.

The Osbournes
VH1’s proposed reboot of former MTV reality series “The Osbournes” has been scrapped. Sharon Osbourne had previously been public about bringing the series back with a six- or eight-episode run ten years after the original MTV series wrapped. A VH1 rep released the following statement:

“We are no longer talking to the Osbournes about a series; that’s not going to happen. We wish we could have worked it out, but it just didn’t come together for us. The family has been absolutely lovely and we wish them the best. We’d love to figure out a way to work with them at some point in the future.” [Source: THR]

The Unauthorised Full House Story
Following its unauthorised “Saved by the Bell” telemovie, Lifetime has given the go ahead for a similar TV movie project about the sitcom “Full House” with the same writer, Ron McGee, onboard.

The telemovie will look at the rise of the cast and the pressure on them to balance the idyllic family life on the show with the more complicated reality of their own lives outside the series. [Source: THR]
