Dead to Me
Netflix has ordered a second season of the dark comedy series “Dead to Me” which stars Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini. The series creator Liz Feldman will return as showrunner in the series which follows Jen, a sardonic widow determined to solve her husband’s recent hit-and-run murder, and Judy, an optimistic free spirit who’s recently suffered her own tragic loss. When the two women meet at a support group, they become unlikely friends despite their polar-opposite personalities. [Source: Variety]

Two Sentence Horror
The CW is adding another original scripted series to its summer lineup with the anthology series “Two Sentence Horror Stories” which is set to debut on August 8th with back-to-back episodes. The contemporary series consists of eight half-hour stand-alone episodes featuring actors Nicole Kang, Jim Parrack and Aleyse Shannon and more. Source: Deadline]

The Rook
Starz has released the official trailer for their supernatural spy thriller “The Rook” which follows the lead character’s mission to find out why her memories were wiped out while also trying to take control of her unfamiliar powers. Emma Greenwell, Joely Richardson and Olivia Munn star in the series which is set to make its debut on June 30th.

Jessica Jones
Netflix has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for the third season of “Marvel’s Jessica Jones”. The clip exploers star Krysten Ritter sitting in the director’s chair for an episode of the final season. Ritter and her co-stars reflect on the powerful journey that lead her from playing a superhero to directing her first episode. This last batch of “Jessica Jones” episodes arrive on the streamer June 14th.

Stranger Things
Netflix has premiered a new one-sheet for its beloved cult sci-fi film “Stranger Things” which arrives on the streaming service exclusively on July 4th. The poster follows on from several character one-sheets that hit last week and marks the one month mark out from the show’s return.
