The Walking Dead
EW has posted the first photos from the upcoming sixth season of AMC’s zombie drama “The Walking Dead” with Daryl, Glenn and Maggie being the focus of the photos. The first trailer is set to be unveiled next week at San Diego Comic Con.

The Weinstein Company, Canal Plus and HBO Nordic have re-signed for a second season of Sky Atlantic’s gritty Italian crime drama “Gomorrah”. Filming begin in April in Naples, Germany, Rome, Croatia and Honduras, whilst plans for a third season have also been announced. [Source: Variety]

“True Blood” and “Arrow” star Kevin Alejandro will replace Nicholas Gonzalez in a series regular role on FOX’s midseason supernatural drama “Lucifer” based on the DC Comics title.

Tom Ellis plays The Devil who resigns his throne and takes up retirement in Los Angeles helping the LAPD punish criminals for kicks. Alejandro will play a gruff homicide detective who is wary of Lucifer’s involvement with his wife and daughter. [Source: Deadline]

Megalyn Echikunwoke will voice the character of Mari McCabe in the CW Seed’s upcoming “Vixen” six-part animated series.

“Vixen” will reportedly exist within the same universe as “Arrow” and “The Flash”, and should the series be a hit its entirely possible Echikunwoke could play the role in the flesh in a guest starring spot. [Source: Vixen Varsity]

The Way
Rockmond Dunbar (“Prison Break,” “Sons of Anarchy”) will co-star with Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan in the Hulu original drama series “The Way”. Dunbar will play Detective Abe Gaines, an FBI investigator suspicious of a mysterious religious sect.

The story examines a couple at the center of a controversial movement struggling with relationships, marriage and power. Each episode takes an in-depth look at what it means to choose between the life we live and the life we want. [Source: Deadline]
