Untitled Jagger/Scorsese Series
Bobby Cannavale (“Boardwalk Empire”) is near a deal to star in HBO’s untitled Rock ‘n’ Roll drama pilot which Mick Jagger, Terence Winter and Martin Scorsese will executive produce. The period drama follows the exploits of a cocaine-fueled record executive in New York City circa 1977.

Cannavale will star as Richie Finestra, a handsome and charismatic New Yorker who burns the candle at both ends. He’s head of A&R at American Century Music. [Source: The Live Feed]

Justin Chatwin will not be returning to Showtime’s “Shameless”. Chatwin’s character of Jimmy could return for one or two episodes in the fourth season, but he’s out as a regular.

His death was presumed, but not depicted on the series during last season. Chatwin lasted one season longer than his counterpart character in the original UK version which James McAvoy played. [Source: The Live Feed]
