TV News: Burn Notice, Orphans, Luck

Burn Notice
“Third Watch” actor Coby Bell has joined the cast of the fourth season of “Burn Notice” as a regular says Entertainment Weekly. Bell will play Jesse Garcia, a cocky counterintelligence expert who got burned by his former employers and tracks down the man in a similar situation – Michael Westen.

Orphans
A British “Heroes”? Could well be as “Being Human” creator Toby Whithouse and producer Matthew Bouch’s new production company Scoundrel have setup their first project, a drama about people with superpowers says Digital Spy.

“The world Orphans takes place in is unlike anything you’ll have seen before. It’s not even the world of Being Human. Trust me. You’ll love it. If it gets made” said Whitehouse who will begin production later this year on a third season of ‘Human’ which is moving offices to Cardiff.

Luck
Kevin Dunn (“Transformers”), Kerry Condon (“Rome”) and Tom Payne are all set and Nick Nolte is in negotiations to join David Milch and Michael Mann’s horse racing track-set drama for HBO which already stars Dustin Hoffman and Dennis Farina says The Hollywood Reporter.

Dunn will play the misanthropic ringmaster of a syndicate of misfits, Nolte would play a top racehorse’s trainer, Condon will play an exercise rider and Payne will play an apprentice jockey.
