Shades of Blue
NBC has yet to release a cast photo of its upcoming mid-season cop drama “Shades Of Blue” starring Jennifer Lopez. To remedy this, the actress posted a photo of herself and her fellow major cast members via social media last night. Check out the shot at the link. [Source: Facebook]

Actress Melissa George’s pregnancy has prompted NBC to shift its new medical drama from this Fall to midseason. “Heartbreaker” was scheduled for Tuesdays at 8pm with that slot now going to the “Chicago Med” spin-off.

ABC plans to retool its Biblical epic series “Of Kings and Prophets”, including casting changes, which has resulted in the show cutting back its episode order to ten. The better received “Quantico” has seen a timeslot change, moving from a Tuesday 10pm to a Sunday 10pm timeslot. [Source: The Live Feed]

The Strain
FX has posted a first look at the second season of “The Strain,” the Guillermo del Toro and Carlton Cuse-produced vampire thriller which returns to the network on Sunday July 12th. The series was the most-watched new cable drama of 2014 and the ne season sees New York City falling victim to the epidemic.

Filmmaker Lexi Alexander (“Punisher: War Zone”) has confirmed that an upcoming gig for her will be directing a fourth season episode of The CW’s “Arrow”. Alexander revealed the news when she was asked if she’d been approached by Marvel for any of its Netflix programming. [Source: Twitter]
