The BBC’s controller of comedy series commissioning Shane Allen says that the “door is always open for more Ab Fabs.”

Allen went on to elaborate in the same interview that he’d commission more specials (like the recent batch of three) rather than a full six-episode season of the long-running sitcom. [Source: The Guardian]

The Strain
Sean Astin (“The Lord of the Rings” trilogy) has joined the cast of Guillermo del Toro and Carlton Cuse’s “The Strain” series on FX.

Starz and Sony Pictures Television have officially confirmed reports that Sam Heughan will play the lead role of Jamie Fraser in “Outlander”.
