Adam Sandler steps away from his usual team for his new Netflix feature, an Agatha Christie spoof which hails from “Zodiac” scribe James Vanderbilt and “Game Over, Man” director Kyle Newacheck.
Sandler and Jennifer Aniston re-team for the first time since 2011’s “Just Go With It” in the story in which an NYC cop finally takes his wife on a long-promised European trip.
A chance meeting on the flight with a mysterious man (Luke Evans) gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the Super Yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince. When Quince is murdered, they become the prime suspects in a modern day whodunit.
Gemma Arterton, Terence Stamp, David Walliams, Dany Boon, Adeel Akhtar, Luis Gerardo Mendez, Olafur Darri Olaffson, Shioli Kutsuna and John Kani co-star. “Murder Mystery” will release on Netflix on June 14th.
