Trailer: Clint Eastwood’s “The 15:17 to Paris”

The first trailer has arrived for the Clint Eastwood-directed true story heroism drama “The 15:17 To Paris” which opens February 9th. Jeffrey E. Stern penned the book upon which it’s based with the story dealing with a thwarted terrorist attack on a train from Thalys in August 2015.

Three courageous young Americans traveling through Europe prevented the incident with the film exploring the struggles of childhood through finding their footing in life, to the series of unlikely events leading up to the attack. Their friendship never wavers throughout the ordeal.

What makes this one different to other films of the type is that Spencer Stone, Anthony Sadler and Alek Skarlatos will be playing themselves in the scenes set in 2015 (with younger actors playing them in flashbacks), which is unconventional to say the least.

Tony Hale, Thomas Lennon, Jenna Fischer and Judy Greer co-star in the film.
