Tiffany Haddish is set to star in “Limited Partners,” a new comedy setup at Paramount Picture which has Miguel Arteta directing from a script by Sam Pitman & Adam Cole-Kelly.
The friendship comedy follows two hard-charging best girlfriends who build a juggernaut company, and find their relationships tested when they are made a big buyout offer. Suddenly all the differences that made them perfect odd couple partners put them at war, threatening their business and personal relationships.
Peter Principato, Itay Reiss and Joel Zadak will produce and filming begins in October. Haddish was also being sought for the comedy “Bobby Sue” and something to do with the “21 Jump Street” franchise at Sony Pictures. She’ll next be seen in “Night School” in September and “Tyler Perry’s Nobody’s Fool” in November along with at least five more films on the way in 2019.
