Three Keen On Adamson’s “Outlander”

Three different companies have picked up the film rights to Gil Adamson’s 2008 historical novel “The Outlander” says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story tells the tale of a 19-year-old woman struggling to survive in the Canadian wilderness while being pursued by her late husband’s brothers who are seeking revenge for his murder.

Xingu Films (“Moon”), Strada Films (“Fugitive Pieces”) and Triptych Media (“Emotional Arithmetic”) will all team for the project.
