Beyond the teaser trailer and some set pics, much about Taika Waititi’s “Thor: Ragnarok” remains unknown. We do know the setup for the film which sees Hela (Cate Blanchett) smashing Mjolnir, scorching Asgard and flinging Thor (Chris Hemsworth) to a gladiatorial planet.
In a new interview with The Toronto Sun, Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige reveals that the film will “drastically” change things for the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the movie directly laying the path for “Avengers: Infinity War”:
“I think that we are finding ourselves as we complete Phase 3 and finish this 22-movie narrative that it’s working out that way. We did three Iron Man films, three Captain America films, three Thor films. Things change drastically in Ragnarok and then build directly into Infinity War.”
