The CW Sets Mid-Season Premieres

The CW has announced premiere dates for its midseason series with much of the action taking place in the final week of January and first week of February.

First up there’s a schedule change with “Legends of Tomorrow” moving to Tuesdays at 9pm from January 24th once “No Tomorrow” wraps its first season. “Supernatural” will fill in the old ‘Legends’ slot on Thursdays at 8pm from January 26th.

Onto the new shows and returnees. Things begin with the Archie comics adaptation “Riverdale” which will bow on Thursday January 26th at 9pm.

The following week, “The 100” will return Wednesday February 1st at 9pm – taking over the “Frequency” slot which wraps its first season the week before.

The following week “Reign” will return for a fourth season on Friday February 10th at 9pm, taking over from “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” which wraps its second season the week before.

“The Originals” returns Friday March 17th, taking over “The Vampire Diaries” slot with the show airing its final episode the week before.

Then on Tuesday April 4th, “iZombie” will premiere and take over the Tuesday 9pm slot following ‘Legends’ which wraps its second season run.
