13-year-old Australian newcomer Teagan Croft (“The Osiris Child”) has landed one of the lead roles in the live-action series “Titans” based on the DC Comics title “Teen Titans”.
The story follows a group of young soon-to-be superheroes, led by former Robin himself Dick Grayson who has become Nightwing.
Croft plays Raven, the daughter of a demon, who is a powerful empath who must keep her emotions in check.
Greg Berlanti, Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns and Sarah Schechter are executive producing. The series is slated to premiere in 2018 as one of the first original series on a DC-branded direct-to-consumer digital service.
