Two baby-related film projects are in the works, one a remake of an 80’s hit while the other is based on a recent series of commercials reports Pajiba.
First is a remake of the 1989 comedy “Look Who’s Talking” which is currently out to writers. John Travolta and Kirstie Alley starred in the original which milked the premise of a newborn baby having a internal adult-capacity monologue voiced by Bruce Willis. Neal H. Moritz will produce the remake.
Meanwhile Fox is developing a film based on the E*Trade baby commercials. “Parks and Recreation” scribe Kate Dippold is penning the script which follows a group of babies on a mission to make their way across a playground.
